No.1 Korean project management solution “Clovine”

The 11th Smart Tech Korea 2022 was held at COEX C and D hall in Seoul on June 8. 700 booths were built by 220 companies and 40,000 people attended the exhibition. Visitors were able to meet new technologies related to the 4th industrial revolution, such as Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse, Robotics, and Smart Factory, under the theme of “Connect the Future.”

In the exhibition, the solution for better workplace productivity and efficiency attracted public attention due to the rapidly increased remote and hybrid work environments after the pandemic. Especially the Clovine (https://clovine.com) booth drew much attention, which is a corporate customized project management solution of Heaventree.

Clovine weaponized the term ‘project management solutions,’ which is unfamiliar to Korean customers. Project management solution is widely utilized in North America and Europe based on many studies and analyses that have proved that efficient project management will lead to the success of projects. However, it is considered a collaboration tool in Korea yet.

The representative of Heaventree mentioned, “Clovine is the program for ‘project management.’ It is not ‘a collaboration tool’ to work together with.” He continued, “Clovine is not designed to communicate well in a workplace. It is the solution that leads projects to success by analyzing, managing and adjusting projects in progress from various perspectives, preventing delay, efficient workforce arrangement, and accurate scheduling.

Clovine has secured 20,000 users in a short period since its official service launch in October 2021 in Korea, where the word ‘project management solution’ was not popular, capturing the taste of Koreans who are famous for being picky about unfamiliar things.

Heaventree shows its ambition to be a market leader by increasing its market share as the only Korean project management solution with unique and powerful management features.

The representative also mentioned, “Clovine launched the official service in North America last January receiving good reviews, and the service opened in Singapore successfully last May with a positive response.”

“We plan to expand our service to Japan and Europe, globalizing the same quality of service that met Korean users’ high expectations,” he continued.
