The ‘Portfolio’ feature was added to Clovine,
the PPM solution of Heaventree.
All projects at a glance
A new feature, ‘portfolio,’ that helps users review and manage all of the projects at a glance,’ was added to the Clovine, the corporate customized project management solution of Heaventree.
Many project managers have claimed that schedule delay is the worst failure factor when managing projects and must avoid it.
In a survey of 10,640 projects by PwC of 200 companies from 30 countries in various industries, only 2.5% of the companies successfully completed 100% of their projects. Over 50% of project managers stated that they do not consistently achieve stated project deliverables. (Source KPMG)
Capterra, a free online service that helps organizations find the right software, surveyed its customers and found that 77% of high performers are aware of the importance of project management, and software that can manage projects has a very positive effect on team communication.
Project management software is becoming a necessity, not an option for companies and project managers worldwide. However, project management software users point out that the usability and convenience of the product that they are using are low due to not centralized project management and more.
Programs on the market are inefficient in many cases, such as simply grasping the progress of one project or the progress having to be reported to the manager one by one. Heaventree announced that the ‘portfolio’ function is added to Clovine to overcome this, allowing users to manage all projects on one page efficiently.
The portfolio Report page of Clovine enables users to review the overview and progress of various projects on one screen and one frame so that no projects are missing. It is a differentiated feature from other products that can manage each project separately.
Project managers can set goals for each project and manage or modify the project directly when the issue occurs. In addition, a milestone for each project can be created, and the status and delay can be checked by a widget on one screen with groups of various projects. Users can also share related information by inviting users other than managers and members of the project
With the portfolio feature, users can identify whether all projects are progressing without any issue in real-time and distinguish between urgently needing to add additional workforces or overcrowding. Therefore the project manager can take appropriate action at the right time, increasing the project’s success rate.
The representative of Heaventree said. “Our goal is to manage and control all features that Clovine currently provides in one place, such as ‘Gantt Chart’ that allows users to check and analyze project schedules from various perspectives, ‘Member Analysis’ that allows users to analyze members’ workload and weight, ‘Feed’ that allows users to communicate through posts and comments in each project, and ‘Drive’ where all outputs are uploaded,” he also continued, “We plan to add and
Strengthen the Portfolio.
